Refund policy

We will only accept returns due to product defects within 10 days of receiving the product, so please feel free to contact us.

 

Defective product

When you receive your ordered product, please check the contents and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.

 

Exceptions/non-returnable products

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as customized products (e.g., special orders, personalized products).  Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us.

 

Exchange

The customer must return the item and purchase a new item separately after the return is accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aaction.co.jp. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please note that we will not accept items that are returned before you request a return.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the product is being shipped within the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a valid reason. Same as above, but the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refund

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and for you to be paid.
