Shipping policy

 ① Shipping outside Japan (as of June 2025)
We only accept shipments outside of Japan to the following countries within the EU.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden

The shipping fee is a flat rate of 4,000 JPY and must be paid at the time of purchase. Recipients will be responsible for paying duties, value-added taxes, and customs clearance costs to the shipping company in each country.

<About delivery days>
We normally ship within 7 business days from the date of your order. (As stated on each product page,
it may take approximately two weeks for artwork such as paintings to be delivered. Thank you for your understanding.)
As a general rule, international mail (EMS) is used for delivery, and items arrive in each country approximately one week after shipment.
Also, please note that we cannot provide answers regarding the number of days required for customs clearance.

<About customs duties and taxes>
Please note that the recipient will be responsible for paying any customs duties, value-added taxes,
and customs fees imposed by the country to which your order is being shipped.
Please note that the tax rate differs depending on the product in each country, so please check it yourself.


<About damage during shipping>
We take great care when packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
However, after delivery to the delivery company, there is a possibility that problems may occur during delivery or damage may occur
due to the delivery company's responsibility.

② Delivery within Japan

<About shipping costs>
Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide.

<About delivery method>
The delivery method will be the method specified by our shop, and as a general rule, customers cannot choose the delivery method.
As a general rule, we do not accept requests for time or date specifications.

<About delivery days>
As a general rule, we will ship within 7 business days from the date of your order. (As stated on each product page,
artwork such as paintings may take up to two weeks.
Normally, it will arrive within 2-3 days after delivery. (In the case of remote islands, etc., it may take about 3 to 4 days.)
Please note that this does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. 

<About damage during shipping>
When packing, we take great care to avoid dents or scratches on the outer box before shipping.
However, after delivery to the delivery company, there is a possibility that some kind of trouble may occur during transportation,
or damage may occur due to the delivery company's responsibility.
Please forgive any dents or scratches on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the product.
